Refund policy

At GreatCircleCA.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns on all items purchased within 30 days of delivery, except for items marked as final sale.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Returns that are missing any components or are not in their original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once you have received your RMA number, please ship the item back to us at the address specified via our system.

Please make sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your item arrives safely.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to obtain an RMA number. Once you have received your RMA number, please follow the same return process outlined above. After we receive the returned item, we will send out the replacement item to you.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Restocking Fee:

In some cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the return reason is found to be false or the item is not in its original condition. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund or replacement once we receive the returned item.
