Shipping policy

At GreatCircleCA.com, we offer free shipping on all orders under 70 lbs across Canada. However, please note that orders containing items weighing 70+ lbs will be subject to a flat rate of $150 for Large & Heavy Item Shipping fee. We will inform you of the fee amount before processing your order, based on the weight and dimensions of the item as well as your location.

To provide you with a wider selection of products, we may occasionally ship items from our warehouses in the United States, which may result in longer delivery times. For our US-based customers, please visit us at GreatCircleUS.com to browse our selection of products. However, please note that we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the US.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that you can use to track your package online. We use a range of carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS, to deliver our products. The carrier used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and your location.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. However, please note that delivery times may be longer for remote or rural areas.
